JV ANDIJANPETRO was established on March 16, 2019. Since December 1, 2019, as an operator, it has been operating the mature fields South Alamyshik, Khartoum and East Khartoum in the Andijan region of Uzbekistan.

The fields are located in the Fergana Valley on a hilly-flat area, put into development in 1945, 1957 and 1982, respectively. The main targets have been fully drilled along a grid with a density of 5-10 ha/well and are at a late stage of development.

The main objective of the project

The main objective of the project is to increase production through the implementation of well interventions (additional perforation, well re-completion to overlying formation, oil well stimulation, search for missed and new promising intervals) and carrying out well work (normalization of bottom-hole, change of beam pumping units). In terms of infrastructure, it is planned to update the minimum set of facilities to ensure accounting, the technological process of collecting and treatment of oil.

The increase in average daily production since the operatorship transfer amounted to more than 50%.

37 geological and technical activities were completed with an actual increase of 36.4 tons/day and incremental production of 3.7 thousand tons of oil

100% coverage of the well stock with fluid measurements, sampling and field research

The oil collection and treatment system was updated and optimized, installation, repair and replacement of pipelines with a length of 6,136 m were carried out

A security system for oil production facilities was organized with the involvement of additional mobile teams, a video surveillance and radio communication system was organized at the fields

2 wells were equipped with linear drives of sucker rod pump⁠

Capital construction of a high-pressure water line from the South Alamyshik oil heating station to absorption wells was completed

Installation, repair and replacement of pipelines with a length of 21,207 m were completed

The sale of marketable oil through the electronic platform of the Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange was ensured

17 wells were provided with liquid quantity meters

A chemical-analytical laboratory (CAL) was commissioned, equipped with modern equipment, which made it possible to significantly expand the list of ongoing tests of oily liquid, stock oil, formation water and working agent for injection into the formation. Received approval of the technical competence of CAL from the accreditation center of Uzbekistan

2 new compressor units put into operation

4 wells were equipped with hydraulic drives of the sucker rod pump

6 VST (vertical steel tank) were equipped with level gauges with output of readings to the telemechanics system

5 injection wells were commissioned to ensure efficient injection into the Ik formation of the South Alamyshik field

Average daily production increased by more than 2.4 times since the transfer of operatorship

Installation of a telemechanics system was completed at 20 wells of the South Alamyshik field
The information system OMC (Operational Monitoring Center) was introduced, which made it possible to quickly speed up the transfer of information on production indicators to the CC, and also made it possible to quickly analyze and process information for the specialists of the AP and ZN.

The information system «Calculation of production, monthly operational report, the movement of the stock» was put into operation

Installation and commissioning of a 400 kW diesel power plant was completed to provide power supply to the artificial lift wells stock during an emergency shutdown

Shipment of marketable oil to railway tanks was organized for sale to the Bukhara Oil Refinery
